Art'Appart Kempinski Plaza

We were very happy with the stay overall, and the location worked really well for our trip to the Berlin opera. The apartment was clean and spacious, though it felt a little cold and sparsely furnished. A rug in the living area and maybe some cushions would have made it more inviting. We also missed having a Nespresso or similar coffee machine.

We had a spacious, clean apartment and plenty of privacy, a great setup for a city break. Our superior suite included a kitchen and a balcony looking out over the city. Restaurants, bars, shops, and public transport were just steps away, so exploring Berlin was easy. I’d happily recommend it and stay again on a future trip.

The staff were amazing. Stephanie even moved our laundry into the dryer, folded it, and brought it to our room when we had to head out. The next day, Katherine spent almost an hour helping me sort out our next hotel booking, calling the booking service and the apartment in Poland with me. I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was. The apartment itself was spacious, had everything we needed, and was conveniently close to transit. There’s also free laundry on site.

The room and bed were both really comfortable, and the unit had useful extras like a toaster and coffee maker. The staff were polite and helpful, and the grocery store and U-bahn station were very close. I’d definitely stay again.
