BENSIMON apartments Mitte / Moabit

My first stay here with a larger group was phenomenal. The service was excellent, and I was impressed enough to book again for a weekend away. This time, though, I was disappointed. My baby developed high fevers the day before the trip, so I asked if they could move our booking to the following weekend. I wasn’t asking for a refund, and I saw that the same room was available, but they refused, charged the full booking, and offered neither credit nor a meaningful discount toward a future stay. The “new offer” they emailed was just for the same price I’d already paid. The accommodations are great, and service was excellent on my first visit. If you’re certain your plans won’t change, it may be a good choice for couples or other travelers. But if you’re traveling with children or there’s any chance you’ll need to adjust your plans, unexpected situations may not be met with much flexibility or understanding.

I loved the apartment, and I got a good deal from Habyt. I’d recommend it for longer stays, though Habyt needs to fix some major housing issues. Overall, the student community here is good.

We felt at home as soon as we opened the door and spotted the Christmas tree in the living room. There were unexpected treats too, a bottle of sparkling wine, water, and chocolate on the table. The apartment was super clean, stylish, modern, cozy, and fully equipped, with very comfortable beds and a big dining table. It had everything we needed and then some. The hosts were helpful and shared cool tips about places to visit. It’s officially our favorite place to stay in Berlin, and we recommend it to friends!

The apartment was spotless and so stylish, almost like a boutique hotel. The whole BENSIMON apartments team took great care of us from the welcome through checkout. Communication was especially easy, friendly, and very quick. We had an amazing time in Berlin and can only recommend these apartments.
