The room worked well as a living and travel space, and had the clean, modern equipment I needed, even for cooking. The complimentary coffee was good. I loved the hangers, though a wider shelf at the entrance would work better for a suitcase than the one there now. I also missed having a water heater for tea. A small balcony would be helpful for airing clothes and cooling food while cooking. On my last morning, I saw a little mouse running through the grass outside the main entrance. It could easily get into the building, so someone should check on that.

I travel often for work and rarely leave reviews, but Candlewood Suites Berlin Charlottenburg stood out for its service. The team was professional and attentive from the moment we arrived, and Evgeni, Front Office Manager, deserves special thanks for being available, responsive, and highly professional throughout our stay. That personal attention and sense of service are exactly what travelers want, but don’t always find anymore. The room was comfortable and practical for a longer stay, with everything needed to feel at home quickly. Public transport is easy to reach, making it simple to explore Berlin. A great address, especially for frequent travelers who value reliable service and a smooth, stress-free stay.

We spent about a month here and found it calm and peaceful. Having a kitchen in the room made cooking our own meals easy, and the housekeeping and reception staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel! 🙏🏼🩵

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Getting around from there was easy enough, though the metro was a bit of a walk. I found the area dull, with car dealerships, warehouses, and parking lots all around, and the neighborhood itself wasn't great.
