The rooms were comfortable and the staff were lovely. Capri by Fraser Berlin is in a great spot and feels like good value. I also appreciated the little details, especially the well-stocked hand wash, cream, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. They smelled amazing!

I'd happily come back to Capri by Fraser Berlin. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location worked perfectly for me.

10/10
The room and bathroom on the fourth floor were spacious, and despite the busy street, our room was really quiet. We found the kitchenette and washer/dryer very handy, and there’s a grocery store nearby. The hotel is centrally located, with centuries-old Berlin structure ruins visible beneath a clear section of the lobby floor. We stayed for a week and had a great experience. The front desk team were very helpful. I realized I’d left my phone in the room just as I was about to board my flight home. They found it right away and shipped it to me at my expense. It was back in my hands within a week.

The location is prime and the price is competitive, so this hotel offers a really good experience. Our staff provided remarkable service, especially jorge at reception. Many thanks to them.

For a business trip, I mostly just need a clean room and friendly staff. This had both.
