The location is fantastic, and on a hot Sunday afternoon, 29th, the breeze on the terrace made having drinks much more pleasant. Still, if you ask for a table in the shade and it isn't set, the waitress in charge makes it really difficult to sit where you want. She then served us looking clearly annoyed. The cappuccino was basic, and the Coke and Schorle were almost flat.

We met friends here for an easy dinner, four adults and four preschoolers, and had a wonderful time. There was lots of tasty food, and we celebrated our daughter's birthday with a lava cake.

We tried the restaurant at their Christmas market, but it wasn't a great experience. Service was slow and poor, and the owner was generally rude.

Definitely worth a visit. The location is awesome, the staff are sharp, polite, and empathetic, and the drinks are great. The food is something else too.

The room was comfortable and really nice, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. My partner and I had a lovely stay. The walls are very thin, though, and I would've liked a way to ask for fresh towels, like a door hanger.
