Enjoy Hotel am Studio

We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were very nice. They kept our luggage for hours both before and after our stay at no charge. It's a bit far from the city center, but close to bus and subway stations, so getting around wasn't a problem. We forgot to put out the do not disturb sign and were surprised when the cleaning person came in. I didn't think that was necessary since it was our checkout day.

The back-facing rooms are quiet, though the street side gets annoyingly loud. Breakfast was nice, but some of the staff came across as unfriendly, even rude. The location is okay. I arrived at 9 in the morning and had to wait six hours before I could get into my room.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant made the stay feel especially welcoming. Haxhi was a bright spot at breakfast, bringing good cheer and a few words of wisdom. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location worked well for conference visits. I had a wonderful time in Berlin, and the team showed me how warm and welcoming the city can feel to an unassuming guest.

The hotel is close to the metro, which was convenient, though traffic noise from outside was noticeable, especially in a room facing the front. It was my first time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the restaurant team member named hajee, and the receptionist was lovely too. I also thought the breakfast was great, with lots of variety.
