For one night, the total came to €180 for a small room with two armchairs instead of beds, and the third person would have had to sleep on a mattress we brought. We asked the host not to raise the price so much, or to cancel the booking so we could find proper accommodation with real beds. He wouldn’t cancel and stayed inflexible, while saying he had already supposedly discounted the third person. My husband and I had needed to travel at short notice and asked whether another person could come with us. The host said there were only two beds, but that three of us could stay if we brought our own mattresses, for an extra €40. His website says an extra person costs €20. He quoted different prices in conversation, on his website, and on Booking.com, and his customer service felt inappropriate from the start.

We had a lovely view over Lake Krossin, though we stayed in the owners’ house rather than the accommodation in the photo. The apartment covered three floors, with just one separate room and the remaining space open. The upstairs bathroom was great, and there were lots of towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mats.

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent spot, with a view of the lake. The hosts were lovely too. Thanks for a wonderful week.

It looks really nicely done, but the Wi-Fi was awful. A big spider came crawling out of the cracks, and one of the bathrooms wasn’t very clean. I’d suggest a separate Wi-Fi network, mosquito screens on the windows, and air conditioning upstairs.
