We booked the family room for four, with two double beds and one single, and it was perfect. It was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but I’d book this one. The high shower was a bit difficult for me, though not a problem, and closing the curtains made the room pitch black. We used the parking and left the car until the next day because our flight was late. We didn’t have breakfast. I wish I’d stayed here last time, and we’ll definitely come back. It’s near the best kebab, Ruÿam.

Breakfast was lovely, and everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. The gentleman on the night shift at reception was especially kind and helpful. We enjoyed our weekend there, and the location made getting into the centre easy. I’d recommend it.

For what we paid, I don’t think this was worth it. The check-in guy wasn’t friendly either. My brother booked the same room category as my partner and me, a double or queen bed, 19m2, but our room was half the size of his even though we paid twice as much. His was oddly designed already, while ours felt like a shoebox. The bed was against the wall on three sides, with only a small walkway to the door on the fourth. We checked the booking in the morning, and it did say 19m2. We raised it with reception, but they said they couldn’t do anything and that we should have told them the night before. They wouldn’t offer a partial refund. I don’t understand why that room is in the same booking category. It should definitely cost less.

The key cards stopped working at least twice a day, so we had to go all the way downstairs each time to get them restamped. That took around 7-10 minutes each time and was really frustrating. Breakfast was mediocre and definitely not worth the price. We arrived late at night to find our room had been double booked. The hotel offered to move us to a partner hotel, which we weren’t comfortable doing with all our luggage at that hour. Instead, we agreed to spend the night in a different room on the 6th floor, and were told we’d be compensated. We never were. I’ve emailed the hotel since then and haven’t received a reply. The elevator was very slow and only went up to the fifth floor. We had to climb several flights, go through two corridors, and sleep in one bed even though we’d booked a room with two. I strongly recommend against this hotel.
