Sol Tour cancelled the room my wife and I had booked before our holiday even started. By then the city was fully booked, and we couldn't find anywhere else to stay, so we had to cancel the whole trip. We lost a lot of money because transport and other arrangements were already outside their cancellation periods. We had saved for a long time and were really looking forward to the holiday, too. It was a terrible experience.
