There are plenty of good places to eat and shop nearby, and getting around is easy: Alexanderplatz is walkable, while the tram stop right outside takes you farther afield. Reception staff were friendly whenever we dealt with them, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Our room also had a large bathroom and an amazing shower. I'd definitely consider staying here on another Berlin trip.

Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel is good value. Our room faced the courtyard, which kept it quiet, and even the smallest room felt spacious, with a big comfortable bed. There's a tram stop nearby, just two stops from Alexanderplatz, plus a bus stop close by. A delicious pizzeria and a mini-mart are right next door.

It's a quiet area with little restaurants and shops, and a very local feel. Public transport connections are great, too. It's rare to find a good quality hotel this close to the centre. Hope I can come back soon.

The room got really warm, and after we complained they gave us a small fan that made a lot of noise. I chose this hotel because Google Maps said it had air conditioning, but it doesn't. The breakfast buffet wasn't very good either. The employees seemed distracted and mainly focused on whether we'd paid for breakfast. The pastries weren't fresh or good quality, and the room cleaning was basic, with dust left behind. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant stay, and it didn't feel like a four-star hotel.

The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was good. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean.
