There can be a lot of street traffic, especially in the front-facing units on the main floor, and it woke me up early a couple of times. Still, the cozy apartment was well equipped and in a fantastic spot near the heart of Berlin. You can walk to lots of museums, Checkpoint Charlie, and other cool places. I highly recommend it.

The room wasn't as advertised, though it was clean and functional. The heating had a problem, and it took over a day before anyone tried to fix it, after I sent photos and video. Their attempt didn't work. I told them it was still too hot, but they asked for more photos, and I couldn't be bothered. I fixed it myself. The neighborhood is lower class, but people were friendly and nice. There was a lot of weed smell, though it was quiet enough. The room was perfect for families and children.

A very positive stay. The room had all the kitchen gear: a microwave, vitro Hobbs, fridge, knives, sorcerers, and even oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and so on.

The washer and dryer in the building were a big plus, and super easy to use through the WeWash app. Staff were helpful over the WhatsApp chat, and it was good value for money. The room was beautiful, with high ceilings, comfortable and clean, and the kitchenette had all the cooking items needed for a decent meal. Digital check-in and arrival were easy, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommend. We'll be back.

Worst booking experience ever. After I'd checked in, they kicked me out of my room at 11am and booked me into another room across town, charging 10% more. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone and dealing with follow-up.
