Hotel Amano Rooms & Apartments

Getting here was easy, with metro, tram, and bus stops all very close. Check-in went smoothly, and even though we arrived before 3pm, they let us in at noon. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a very good family stay at hotel AMANO. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with lots of storage and very comfortable beds. Even with the hotel almost full, the team kept things running smoothly. Staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout, and reception was especially welcoming and efficient. They were flexible when we needed to change our booking, which we appreciated. For the quality of the service and facilities, it's a place we'd gladly return to, especially if the price stays reasonable.

The area is lively, with lots of restaurants, Cafes and boutiques around the Hotel. It's a good fit for younger people who like going out, but probably less so if you want quiet evenings. Self check-in is available. The lobby is stylish and welcoming, and works well for hanging out, chatting, or doing some work on your computer. My room was spotless and comfortable. Even the soap stood out, it had one of the nicest scents I've come across in a hotel.

We stayed in room 101 on the courtyard side during the roof terrace opening weekend and mayday. I was worried after reading comments about noise, but it really wasn't bad, and nothing disturbed my sleep. I can imagine the street-facing rooms might be noisier. Still, you can shut the window and turn up the AC, which worked fine. And, well, it's Berlin. Check-in was smooth and mostly digital, which I liked. I just picked up the room key and garage key, parked, and got to my room in under five minutes. The staff were helpful.
