The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is okay for a short stay. But checking in was a nightmare. Everything happens on a tablet, and none of the information I was given worked to get a room key, even though I’d booked through check24. I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone number either. Luckily, an employee was refilling the coffee machine and managed to get someone on the phone for me. The shower water also kept switching from ice cold to hot within a shower that lasted less than 10 minutes. Apart from that, it was fine.

The hotel itself is really nice, and you can tell they spent a lot on the renovations. Outside is another matter: the city doesn’t look after that area very well. I’ve seen rats there, so it’s not somewhere I’d want to spend time.

The underground station is right outside, and self-check-in is super convenient. It’s a lovely, clean, modern new hotel.
