The location is excellent for a short city break in Berlin, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was small but clean, with a really comfortable bed. At night, though, the street noise came through quite clearly, and the check-out process wasn’t explained well.

We had a friendly welcome and excellent transport links, with a bus stop right outside and the U5 just a short walk away. The room was small but clean. Communication could have been much better. We arrived late one evening to find the doors locked. There was a note by the door with emergency numbers, but nobody answered. We only found out the next day that there was a door code. That would’ve been useful information to get at check-in.

A quiet neighborhood with good nearby food and shopping, and several types of public transport close by. The room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated, and worked well for what I needed. Getting in after hours was a little confusing, and the windows wouldn’t open. Still, pretty good overall.

The hotel was run-down and nothing like the pictures, and the heating didn’t work. The staff were uncooperative and didn’t speak German.

It was the worst. There were no staff on site, but the prices were high.
