The separate breakfast area made mornings relaxed for our family, and our children felt welcome throughout the stay. There was a wide choice of fresh food, and the pool and Spa area were enjoyable too. The €10 charge felt worth it for keeping the space less crowded. Our room was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable, with excellent beds and a spotless bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Staff were warm, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived, and we felt valued as guests. The location made it easy to reach major sights and public transport. We had a great stay and will return. The hotel delivered on comfort, cleanliness, service, and being welcoming to families.

Room 821 felt more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room. The suite-style layout included a kitchen area, a dressing room with space for formalwear and luggage, and plenty of sofas. It worked well for getting ready, relaxing, or having a quick pre-event drink with colleagues. I also appreciated the spacious, well-finished bathroom and its heated floor on cold Berlin mornings. I was in Berlin for two nights for a formal Zimmer Biomet event. Marina Diaz Moya, Nicoleta, and Nico at the front desk were warm, professional, and attentive, making everything feel easy. The location was great for both work and downtime. The Berlin Zoo was a short walk away, Tiergarten was right beside the hotel for peaceful morning walks, and I could see the Victory Column. City cultural highlights were easy to reach too. I had an outstanding stay, with thoughtful touches and comfortable hospitality throughout.

The location is quiet and right by the river, with a shopping mall nearby and public transport just a few feet away. Breakfast was fantastic, and the price felt very reasonable for the service. Sophie Jäger handled my reservation smoothly and professionally. At reception, Mohammad stood out for his excellent service. He took care of my room requests, made sure my needs were met, and gave me a genuinely warm welcome. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping did a great job, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would recommend it.
