Leonardo Boutique Hotel Berlin City South

Nancy was especially lovely, greeting us when we arrived and again when we left. We had a few hours before our flights and wanted to see more of the beautiful city, so she offered to let us leave our heavy luggage at the hotel. The staff are great and friendly. It’s an amazing hotel with easy public transport and a great location for the airport. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The beds were super comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a cosy hotel, though a bit far from the city, so expect to combine buses with the U-Bahn or S-Bahn when getting around. In warm weather, the U7 is within walking distance. The air conditioning was turned off for winter, which made the room feel stuffy. I had to keep the window open a lot.

Ali was especially helpful, and everything was great. The hotel is quite far from central Berlin, though nearby there’s a good Italian restaurant, a large supermarket, McDonald's, and a petrol station.

The staff were very friendly, and they were fine with our little dog. Breakfast was okay, though a slightly bigger selection would have been nice. We were very satisfied with the hotel, which was neat, pleasant, and had a nice atmosphere. Our spacious room had everything we needed for three people: working air conditioning and TV, plus a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. For us, it’s a 10/10.
