The area is lovely, with great transport connections, and the hotel is well priced. The rooms are spacious, the exercise room is nice, and breakfast is a good full spread. I had a good week there and would recommend it. The air conditioning was pretty terrible. The controls seemed to do nothing except shine a bright green light at night, and opening the window to warm the room made too much noise. I also wish mid-priced hotels would have a laundromat on site. The nearest one was a 20 minute hike away. If they're doing a refurbishment, adding one could be a good idea.

Had breakfast at the Level and it was nice. There's a small gym on the 8th floor, with a small textile free sauna for about 6 to 8 people max, but no steam room. It isn't really a wellness area. The rooms were ok and the location is good, though there are no plugs beside the bed. Also, no upgrades for their most loyal customers.

The breakfast had loads of choices, and the Tapas restaurant was great. We were there with a tour group and loved our stay. The rooms were lovely, the beds very comfortable, and the location amazing. Staff were wonderful and helpful, and there was a well priced selection of souvenirs in the lobby too. We loved everything about it.

The staff around breakfast and the LEVEL floor were lovely, and everything else was amazing. But I left a hair straightener in the room, and when I went to collect it, the receptionist snapped at me because he had to retrieve it from the back office. It came across as if he were doing me a favor. For a hotel of this level, that service was a surprise. Please be more polite at reception, especially with international clients. That kind of behavior is highly unacceptable.

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The rooms were large, very clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Great hotel, definitely recommend it!
