We stayed shortly before Christmas to visit the markets, booking for 6 people, 3 adults and 3 children. The hotel was easy to find, about a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by public transport from Berlin Hauptbahnhof. It worked well as a base, close to tram stops and the U-bahn. I'd recommend the BVG Fahrinfo app for buying tickets and finding your way around Berlin. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, well presented, and well equipped. Breakfast had plenty of variety and set us up well for the day. The bar had a good range of food and drinks at prices I'd expect in a hotel, and what we ordered looked and tasted delicious. Overall, the staff were great and I'd stay here again. The beds weren't as comfortable as some other budget and mid-priced hotels I've tried. The bar itself was good, but playing hip-hop through the TV made it harder to relax in the evening, and was almost distracting. The central location is handy for getting around, but the views aren't great and traffic and trams could disturb us a little at night.

Breakfast had a lovely wide selection, and dinner at the restaurant was tasty and well prepared, not just microwaved. The portions were on the small side, though. We arrived late on an extremely cold Berlin weekend and were checked in quickly. The hotel was warm, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was modern and clean, if a little small. The beds were comfortable, but an extra pillow in the wardrobe would have saved a trip to reception. We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back. We've recommended it to friends visiting Berlin later this year.

The place is clean and could work well if you have business in this area. But it's quite outdated and will need a comprehensive renovation sooner rather than later. We expected a fridge, but there aren't any in the rooms. This definitely isn't the best Accor property, and there are better Accor options in the city if you're looking for one.

The room wasn't big, but somehow still felt spacious. The carpet had a few stains and could use a deep clean, while the bed sheets and towels were spotless. The staff were amazing, and Frederica was especially welcoming. Our daily interactions with staff were friendly and helpful. A pleasant stay and wonderful experience from even before arrival. Five stars for the hospitality and service. Will definitely book again if needed. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout, and our room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality.
