Don’t stay here. The room smelled, and my experience with the hostel staff was one of the worst I’ve had. I booked a double room but got a double bed frame with two single mattresses. They considered that a double room. I asked for one double mattress, then asked for another way to sleep properly, but both requests were refused. When I asked for a refund, I got only half back. Don’t expect kind people or proper service. Horrible staff!

I booked a room with one double bed but got a room with 3 beds(?). It was very dusty, irritating our throats and noses, and the pillows were too flat. At breakfast, one staff member treated us terribly. We had to stop eating at 10am and couldn’t take the food back to our room or bring the dishes the next day, so we couldn’t finish breakfast. We’d paid 7,95 p.p for a breakfast we didn’t get to eat properly. This hotel doesn’t deserve a star, in my view. Never again!

The location is why I gave it two stars. For the price, the stay wasn’t up to par, and breakfast wasn’t included. The room stayed too cold even with the heater on. The toilet was clean, but I had to flush twice, and dirt came out of the shower at first.

After our bag was stolen at the airport, we spent most of the night with the airport police. The hotel emailed the next morning, very rudely and abruptly, to say we’d be charged for the room. I explained what had happened and pointed out that I’d already emailed to ask about a late check-in because our flight was arriving late. They never replied, so I assumed we couldn’t get the room. No go. We didn’t need that kind of rudeness or inflexibility after such a terrible night. It doesn’t bode well for an actual stay. Avoid!
