There was construction work at the house during our stay, and the refrigerator wasn’t fully clean. We were also missing towels at first. Still, we were satisfied with the visit. The apartment was welcoming, conveniently located, and fully furnished. Even though it was in the basement, it wasn’t too dark. The landlady was friendly, helpful, and quick to reply to questions.

This review is for the "Trade Fair Apartment," not the "Micro Apartment." The place is adequate for a short trade fair stay, but we were disappointed for the price: €675 for three people for three nights, with a considerable distance to the trade fair. We wouldn’t book again, though the problems could be fixed. Cleanliness and upkeep were the main issues. There were several large, obvious spiders hanging from the ceiling in the entrance room, which would be difficult for anyone with arachnophobia. Bottle marks on the bedside tables in the second room also suggested the cleaning hadn’t been thorough. The worst issue was the broken slatted bed base in the living room. Someone had patched it carelessly with duct tape instead of replacing it. It creaked with every movement and made us worry it might get damaged further whenever someone got into bed.
