Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof

The staff were the best part, and the beds were super comfortable. Eva, Noe, and the young Arabic gentleman with the glasses were all amazing. Eva helped me fantastically every time I asked, always with a lovely smile. Noe checked me in and helped with a query, and the Arabic gentleman was polite, friendly, and courteous when I checked out. The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the East Side Gallery (Berlin Wall), Kater Blau, and Ostbahnhof train station, which connects to every major train station. My room looked nice and modern, the shower had good pressure and warm water, and the heating and AC worked well. There’s a 24-hour bar and a big area for hanging out or working. There’s no safe in the rooms, but there are places to keep valuables, and I had no issues with mine during my three-day stay. It’s pet friendly, too, with free toys and beds. I’d come back.

The rooms are roomy enough, really clean, and the beds are comfortable. Staff were quick and friendly, and the ground-floor coworking space is outstanding. Breakfast was a letdown, though, and there isn't much else nearby to eat.

I've been coming to Berlin for years, and Moxy Ostbahnhof is easily the best hotel I've stayed at here. My latest visit was 14-16.2.26. The modern, fun atmosphere is welcoming, but the team is what made it so memorable. Big thanks to Infaz, Nathalie, Eva, and Noe for their energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality. I'm already looking forward to coming back.

Nathalie and Fede made the night shift at the Moxy bar a real highlight. They're great to talk with, speak really well, and make some of the tastiest drinks I've had in a while. Even when the bar was busy, service stayed fast. You can tell they care about the work. The hotel is nice and clean too, and the staff are the reason I'd definitely return. I'd recommend the place.
