The hostel itself was nice, but I had a terrible stay because people of any age are put in the shared rooms. As a very young guy, I ended up sharing with older men who showed little respect and did things I shouldn't describe here. One of them was also smoking crack and using heroin in the room.

It was very clean and the staff were super friendly. There's a small kitchen and two bathrooms, but no common area where guests can mingle. There also weren't any electrical outlets by the beds.

The rooms were okay, and I met some cool guys, but the price is definitely too high for what you get. There's no 24-hour reception, the staff are very disorganized, the entrance facilities are horrible, and you can't drop off luggage before noon.

Comfortable place, with a friendly host and good value for the price.

A calm, nice gay stay right in the heart of Berlin's gay scene.
