Quiet place, nice enough, and in a good location. It wasn’t the cleanest, my socks got covered in dust. My partner also found the shower a bit temperamental. The room faces other apartments, so people can see you.

The apartment didn't meet what we expected, and I wouldn't say it was worth the cost. The room was spacious, but the kitchen counter was tiny, with too few utensils and barely any space to prepare anything. The floor was sticky when we arrived, perhaps because a previous guest had spilled something. The curtains left gaps at the bottom, so people could see in. For three people there were only two tea bags and no sugar, and there wasn't a supermarket nearby.

The apartment lacked basic comforts: it wasn't clean, there was no Wi-Fi, and the curtains had to stay shut all the time because there were no blinds for privacy. The worst part was being kept from my room during a police evacuation in September 2025. I was left outside at 1 Am with no help from the hotel. When I asked later for a refund for the night I couldn't stay, they refused and directed me to the State of Berlin, although I'd booked and paid through Booking.com. A very disappointing stay and unprofessional service. I wouldn't recommend it.

After months with the accommodation booked, it was cancelled just a few days before check-in, with no explanation. I won't get my money back for the whole trip. Avoid this place.
