Breakfast was fresh, with lots of high-quality options, and the staff were warm and well organized. The room was roomy, with both a large shower and a big bathtub. They’d included a nice selection of things: bath salts, a comb, shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a cute Pink bath duck. It’s a fantastic, modern hotel about a ten-minute walk from the east wall gallery. I couldn’t fault it and would recommend it to anyone.

We spent five days in Berlin with family and had a brilliant time both out in the city and back at the hotel. We booked two rooms, a gamer room and a regular one. The rooms were fun, very pink, and quite nice, and breakfast had lots of choices. The staff were lovely and the service was excellent. There was so much to keep us entertained: a popcorn machine, photo booth, free candy, and elevators that played different music. There was also Rocky, the robot, who gave out free snacks and drinks. Remember him with honor 🫡. Great place for a family or friends trip.

The price was very affordable, and the photos and virtual tour on the website convinced us to book. When we got there, we thought it looked even better in person. The pictures really do match it, and the creative theme carries through down to the smallest details. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. It felt like coming home right away.

Breakfast runs later on weekends than at most hotels, which was great for sleeping in. We also enjoyed chatting with Kimberly and Nico whenever we passed the lobby. They suggested local places and helped us extend our stay, and the staff in general were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was strikingly decorated, just like the photos, and completely quiet with no outside noise. The location worked well for nearby activities and culture. We had a great stay at nhow Berlin.
