The location is great, though you can hear outside noise from the tram. Rooms are spacious and clean, with basic but good furnishings and a comfortable bed. Everything is digital, including check-in and check-out, and you enter with a pass code.

There were plenty of places to eat nearby, two great supermarkets, and a coffee shop around the corner. Trams, trains, and the underground are close too. This is a peaceful area, and we had no trouble with tram noise or noise from other apartments. The people complaining about the trams might try a few nights in London, since this is a city. The apartment was very clean, including the bedding and towels, and fresh towels were available whenever we wanted. The bed was comfy and the shower was fab. There were no bad smells like others have mentioned. I’d never stayed somewhere with tea and coffee supplies, plus two soft drinks and two beers in the fridge when we arrived. Digital check-in and access worked flawlessly. We got quick answers to our questions through WhatsApp. We stayed for four nights, and everything was perfect for us. Forget the bad reviews, we’d definitely stay here again.

I stayed for a month and would happily come back. The apartment was functional, well maintained, and cleaned weekly. I was happy with the service. The bed was excellent and really comfortable, the bathroom was large with a good hot shower, and the kitchen had all the essentials, including new cooking utensils. The two roads outside intersect, and their tram lines run late into the night, so light sleepers should be aware. I’d also change two things: the TV shouldn’t turn on automatically with the main power switch, and it should be possible to turn off the bathroom extraction fan at night.

My girlfriend picked somewhere outside the center where I’ve always stayed on trips to Berlin, and we absolutely loved the area. Great vibes! We got in with a code, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a design I really liked. It’s my new favorite spot.
