Numa Berlin Torstrasse

The design is perfect, and I especially liked the umbrella borrowing system. I think every Numa hotel should have one. I’ve stayed at Numa several times and enjoyed each one, but this is my favorite. The location and communication were both perfect, and safety felt even better here than at the other Numa hotels.

I spent a week here. It was easy to get around from this location, and the room stayed very clean, cozy, and warm. The only downside was the cleaning staff talking loudly to each other and making noise in the morning.

The room was cozy and stylish, as I’ve come to expect from Numa, and the location is perfect. It can be noisy, but they provide earplugs. I’d like slippers at this location, or at least I’d avoid coming in winter. I’m not sure whether all rooms are like this or I just got unlucky, but my bathroom had no heat and two windows facing the street. I stayed at the end of November when it was around 0°C outside, and the bathroom felt just as cold. Going in there was scary. Leaving the door open let the cold into the room, and even the radiators at full blast couldn’t keep up. I’ll stay again, but only between May and September.

I booked six nights, but I want to leave as soon as possible. The hotel is noisy, with sirens outside and sound from the corridor, and the furniture and especially the interiors make it feel more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. I’ve sent two requests to check out early. Please respond as soon as possible.
