The rooms feel welcoming and have plenty of space, and the prices are very reasonable. The management is around the building most of the time, with the office staffed every weekday. They're friendly and understanding, and make time for you even with personal matters, really anytime. Bed linens are washed free of charge.

There are far too many people without homes. More places like this are urgently needed so people have somewhere safe to sleep.

The little kitchenette was a real plus for me, and the simple rooms are functional. The rooms are rather worn, so you need to be okay with that, but staying here is inexpensive. Public transport works well enough. There's a bit of walking, then you can get around quickly.
