The location was great, very central, with easy access to lots of nearby attractions and plenty of good restaurants and places. Even with all the traffic around, the room was quiet. It was tidy and nice, with a lovely terrace. I had a really good time on my short Berlin trip. I ate breakfast in the city, so I can't really comment on it.
10/10
It's a great spot if you want somewhere quiet and easy walking access to the city's transport. The staff were friendly and available whenever we had a question. I had a lovely stay at the Hotel and would gladly come back.

Sinan’s kindness and professional, attentive service made the stay even better. The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming too. The facilities at Pestana Berlin felt modern, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Great value for money. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.
10/10
The sauna and little heated indoor pool were especially welcome during a very cold February, and breakfast was superb, with lovely croissants and jam in proper little pots. Getting around was easy on the 100 and 200 buses to the centre. For Valentine’s Day I asked for daffodils, my wife’s favourite. They tried nine florists before finding yellow roses, since there weren’t any daffodils in Berlin that February. Superb hotel.
10/10
A really good choice for a first visit to Berlin. The zoo and aquarium are walkable, and buses and trains are easy to reach. Our room was clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and would be glad to come back.
