My host, MR. Christian Luepke, was quick to respond and kind whenever I had a question or needed help. The apartment had everything I needed, and the listing and photos matched what I found there. It’s a very clean, comfortable place in a quiet, fairly central neighborhood, with public transport, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. From U Spichernstraße, you can get across Berlin in about 20 minutes. Planet Berlin City Apartments is a great option if you want to pay less than a hotel while having more space and amenities. The management is available before, during and after your stay, so it works well for business or pleasure.

Christian was kind and helpful with all my questions. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice kitchenette, and the location was quiet and close to the U station. If you’re there on a hot day, I’d recommend asking for a fan. Enjoy. Anat-Israel

The location was the one good part: safe, quiet and near the subway. Apartment 3, though, felt nothing like the photos. It was run-down, with something scratched, broken or dirty in every corner. The bedsheet was stained and the bathroom only partly clean, and the whole place felt cold and uncomfortable. The four office-style ceiling lights made it feel a bit like an operating room. You can open the windows, but then the neighbors can look straight in. We weren’t comfortable and were glad to leave after two nights. We wouldn’t recommend it and will choose a classic Airbnb next time.

The landlord was easy to reach on WhatsApp and answered all our questions. The place was very spacious, clean and warm, and coffee and tea were provided in the kitchen. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Ideal for a short break. The apartment is near the Spiechernstraße U-Bahn station, and it was quiet and clean. The kitchenette was very well equipped, there’s a large TV, and both the owner and caretaker were attentive and courteous. What more do you need?
