The internet was down, and the proposed compensation was a 10 euro refund for one night. Some of us were working remotely, and mobile data on a SIM card costs much more. The cleanliness was another problem. The floor was dirty throughout the apartment, the main bathroom smelled indescribably bad, and the interior doors barely closed. Overall, a pretty bad stay.

The beds were comfortable, the location and property were very good, and parking outside was free. I stayed with friends and had a good time overall. A few things were missing or damaged, including the pool table and its accessories, as well as some kitchen utensils. Cleaning could use more attention too. It wasn’t the worst, but filthy windows should be an easy fix.

The place was dirty, and the smell was worse than a train station bathroom. The internet wasn’t working either. They assured us it would be fixed in no time, but that was a lie. We had a very bad experience.

They said the Wi-Fi could be fixed after we left, but it never worked during our stay. The bathroom looked and smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned, and the place was dirty and smelly overall. One of the beds didn’t even have sheets. A bad experience.

At first the apartment looked lovely, but it turned out to be incredibly dirty. Dust was everywhere, and the other surfaces felt sticky. The little bit of carpet on the mezzanine was covered in black stains, and I got black feet walking around. My husband mopped up a large puddle from the dishwasher. The shower’s rain head was broken and sent water upward instead of down. There was even an empty Pringles can on the nice-looking but filthy bookshelf. The window above the front door was grimy too. Then they wanted 50€ for a final clean. No way.
