primeflats - Apartment for Families and Groups 26

The apartment smelled of cigarettes, damp and mold as soon as we walked in. It seemed not to have been properly cleaned after a party, and later we found a very dusty room at the back with a wall completely covered in mold. I'm allergic to dust and sneezed all night; my friend has asthma and was coughing too. We came to Berlin for work and ended up spending just one night there, despite paying 1276€ for the stay. When I asked Primeflat and booking for our money back, they refused, and they would only let us cancel if we paid 1180€. The place felt clearly harmful to our health, and dealing with the hosts was unbearable. The plates and cups in the cupboard were full of ash. I couldn't use the oven either: it smelled awful when switched on and sent out a lot of smoke. The cleaner was still there when we arrived, and already late finishing the cleaning. After Primeflat dismissed our complaints, I went back to collect food from the fridge and saw someone from Primeflat service trying to remove mold from the wall so the apartment could be given to someone else. Then the company manager was very mean to us and changed the flat's code, even though our booking was still active. A very bad stay, and we're extremely disappointed.

Mold everywhere, and after just a few hours we could feel it affecting our lungs, eyes and throat. When we reported it, their answer was to suggest canceling the reservation so they could immediately put new people in the apartment. Outrageous. The service was horrible, with an inhumane team behind it.

The floor smelled like vomit, and the couch and chairs were dirty. How can they expect anyone to stay or sleep here? It's inhumane and immoral. It's sad that this can happen in the world we live in.

We had to leave after one night because the flat had mold and wasn't fit to live in. I could feel it affecting my breathing after sleeping there. Don't book it.
