Check-in was straightforward, and the clean apartment had plenty of space. The bus stop nearby made the location convenient. I’d happily pick this place again on my next Berlin trip :)

The apartment is nice and in a charming neighborhood, but this year’s stay was disappointing because of the unresolved entry-code problem. When the code failed, Limehotel didn’t seem to offer timely help or communicate proactively, leaving guests potentially waiting for hours inside or outside without a clear answer. We had to keep pushing for a fix. After talking to four different Limehotel representatives and explaining that moving to another hotel on a Friday evening wasn’t feasible, we finally got a working code. We were relieved to get in, but the whole process was far more stressful than it should have been.

I was on my own, and it was very comfortable for a short stay. It might feel a little cramped with more than two guests. The cleaning charge is too high compared with the cost of one night for one person, so it should be adjusted.
6/10
Clean and nice place, but washing dishes was difficult. The table is too small for three or four people to eat at.
10/10
Nicely decorated and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
