City Apartment Vermietung Berlin

The location is central, but the short-term accommodation is significantly overpriced. The furnishings are unimaginative, and some things were broken, dirty, or uncomfortable. The beds sag, and the bedding was worn out, cheap, and used. Without the good location, I’d have to advise against staying here, especially since the view isn’t nice. UPDATE: My complaint wasn’t about looking at a parking lot or building facade. I meant that the view from the window simply isn’t worth anything. Since it came up, the parking lot with its ruin-like background isn’t like a normal parking lot. I hadn’t gone into detail before, but the blind wasn’t just “broken.” It was damaged in several places. Tenants might have caused it, but the income should go toward fixing things like that. The bed was unhealthy, and for this price in Berlin-Mitte, it wasn’t made with good-quality materials, even with low expectations. The owner says they personally handle cleanliness and order themselves. Maybe that’s the problem.
