Everything was fine, neither great nor bad. The rooms aren't wheelchair accessible: you have to go up a flight of stairs to reach them, even though there's an elevator.

The breakfast was fine, but reception shared a very small space with it. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures now. Floors and walls are worn down, there's no sealing in the halls, and the rooms have been reduced to a cheap layout without the nice atmosphere. They say it's under renovation, but at this price it feels like a 1* or 2* hotel. I won't be back, and my girlfriend wasn't happy with the room either. What happened to this fine hotel?

The area was really nice, and the manager was generous and understanding when a room problem that wasn't the hotel's fault came up. They helped us get another room, and the staff were fantastic. We had a great experience, thank you :)

Construction was going on, and Safestay hadn't warned us that the rooms would have no power or lights for the whole day. They took no responsibility for notifying guests or making alternative arrangements. The staff were very rude and the response was poor. Workers told us the work had been going on for a couple of months, so please be careful and informed.

Nice hotel, and the staff were really nice too. Just so you know, you have to walk up half a flight of stairs to get to the lift.
