I stayed for a month and it really felt like home. The owner is very nice, and if you need something I haven’t mentioned, just ask. He’ll definitely help. The housekeepers did a good job and the rooms were very clean; laundry is available for a reasonable price too. There’s a shared kitchen with all the appliances, so you can cook whenever you like. Two big supermarkets are close by, and public transport got me to the city centre in about 20 minutes. The price was quite reasonable. Airport pickup and drop-off can also be arranged if you ask.

A fan kept the room pleasantly cool during the heatwave, and it was a quiet, peaceful place to decompress. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was my second stay: I first booked five nights, then added another five. Tempelhofer Feld is very close, and bringing my bike meant I could ride two or three times a day, a perfect break from the hours I usually spend at my computer. Loved it!

The room was very basic and not like the website showed. It had a bed, mini fridge, and TV, but no kettle, and there wasn’t the communal kitchen advertised when I booked. The bathroom bulb went out on my first night. I reported it at reception yesterday, on night three, and was told someone would come in five minutes, but nobody did and the light is still dead. Towels haven’t been changed, the bin hasn’t been emptied, and there’s nowhere obvious to empty it. The soap was already gone when I arrived, though Aldi and Lidis are nearby. At first, everything seemed great: friendly staff showed me how to lock the door and get in. Overall, disappointed.

Motel Home Berlin, thank you for everything! The staff were caring and so helpful, and the place was private, extremely accommodating, and very clean. It looks new too. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you again!
