The Circus Hostel

The bunks were really comfortable, and the bathrooms were the cleanest I came across on my trip through Europe. Everything felt so spotless it was almost like a hotel. There's a tram and train stop right outside, and the hostel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I had a great time at the bar, chatting with people from all kinds of backgrounds and making friends. Definitely recommend it.

The bar made for some unforgettable nights, with great music and people. Roy was easily the best bartender, always making conversations feel like catching up with an old friend. He brought great energy to the place. I also found the hostel easy to settle into. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with roomy beds, and everything felt organized and safe. There was a positive, social atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The common spaces made meeting other travelers easy, and things stayed fun without getting overwhelming. Whether you want to relax, explore, or party, it works well. I'll be back, and highly recommend it.

The locker beside my bunk gave me some privacy even without a curtain, and the location was great for getting to public transport and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay. The main drawbacks were that there's no kitchen and the small common area fills up quickly.

The location is a real plus, with tram, metro, and bus connections and nice parts of the city to explore nearby. We stayed two nights in a room shared with six other people and had no problems. The reception staff were friendly, and the bartenders at the hostel bar were even friendlier. The room service did a good job with the clean sheets, though I would have liked more attention to cleaning the shower.
