Honigmond Garden

Maxi, the hotel cat, was so friendly, and we loved the garden too. Maria welcomed us when we arrived and shared loads of useful Berlin tips and suggestions that really helped make our city break special. The hotel has a lot of charm, and we’d happily come back.

We’d gladly come back. The staff were always smiling, very helpful, and even carried our luggage up and down the stairs and out to the car. Breakfast was a lovely start to a day exploring Berlin, and we’d definitely recommend both the place and its team.

The penthouse was amazing, with loads of space and a terrace. We didn’t get to spend time in the garden, though it looked beautiful, and the location was handy for public transport. Breakfast was delicious too. We were celebrating my mum’s birthday, and the staff made us feel welcome and helped make the stay memorable, especially the man with glasses and a moustache, whose name I’m sorry I don’t know. We had a lovely time and would stay again on another Berlin trip.

That top-floor suite comes with quite a workout, going up and down all those stairs. The location is central, though, and the whole place has a quiet beauty and lots of historic charm. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. What a fabulous place.
