The location was really good, and check-in was super easy. It was my first stay at a Hoxton. We booked through Amex and got a €90 credit and a room upgrade, so we used the credit for cocktails at the bar, which was amazing. The rooms are small, though. I’d hate to see how small the room we originally booked would have been before the upgrade.

The hotel has a great vibe, and the service from Sam Wattu and the night shift team really made the trip memorable. They looked after everything we needed seamlessly and gave us great local tips for exploring the city. We felt cared for from beginning to end. An incredible stay at The Hoxton, Berlin, and highly recommended.

We’d be very happy to return to The Hoxton Berlin. The rooms and facilities were modern and thoughtfully designed, and we loved the stylish, high-quality interiors, warm atmosphere, and great location. What stood out most was how two team members, Mahrshi and Sam, helped us through a difficult and unexpected situation. They handled it with kindness, professionalism, efficiency, and real care. Their support meant a lot to us and went well beyond what we’d normally expect. The whole team reflects genuine hospitality.

The bed was incredible, with great linens and pillows, and the small room was designed perfectly. The amenities and facilities were fantastic, and the bar was pleasant and not loud. The hotel feels modern and cool without being pretentious, and it’s accessible too. The staff were wonderful. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I’ll be back soon!

Natala was so helpful when she lent us the hotel bikes, and she was such a personable hostess. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were very pleasant. I’d recommend it 100%.
