The location was excellent, with the underground station right outside the door, and Check Point Charley less than a five-minute walk down the street, where you can catch the hop-on hop-off bus. We used the underground a lot to get around. We stayed with our four-month-old baby, and the cot was perfect. The living room and bedroom were in one large room, but there was enough space for us to sit on the sofa and watch TV after the baby went to sleep without disturbing her. The staff were extremely helpful too. We’d forgotten adaptor plugs, and they lent us some for the weekend. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again if we return to Berlin.

Johnathan at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and made everything feel seamless. The apartment-style setup worked perfectly, with a full kitchen and living area plus a huge bedroom and an incredibly comfy bed. I had a fantastic stay at Mandala Suites and will definitely be back.

The cleaner was very nice, and I have no complaints about the cleaning. The curtains look like they’re about to fall down, though, and the previous guest had hung socks on the bedroom window handles. Someone ought to check the rooms from time to time. At breakfast I missed hot dishes such as bacon. They asked whether we wanted boiled or fried eggs, but the bread was dry and pretty boring.

Staying at the Mandala Suites on Friedrichstraße was a really enjoyable experience. If you want Berlin easily within reach while still having a comfortable, quiet hotel to come back to, I’d highly recommend this location. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻.

The room was okay and clean, and the location was very convenient, close to the Christmas markets we’d come to see. I’d like to thank Mr. Athikarn from the bottom of my heart. Sorry if I’ve spelled his name incorrectly. We had a few problems with the room, and he helped us sort them out right away. He also made our stay more pleasant with recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and more.
