The next morning brought another uncomfortable moment. We arrived for breakfast at 10:30, with service ending at 11, and were told to sit in a separate room in case we stayed too long. A couple came in shortly after us and weren’t told the same thing. It felt like we were being treated differently. Our room problems were also disappointing for a four-star hotel. The first room had no thermostat, poor bathroom ventilation, and didn’t feel properly secured. The second was in even worse shape, and its bathroom extractor didn’t work, despite being described to us as automatic. The hotel eventually gave us a €100 discount and late checkout, which we appreciated. But at €253 a night, this didn’t meet our expectations for four-star standards. I hope they take a look at consistency in both service and guest treatment.

The staff were friendly, and the bus connection nearby was handy. Our large room faced the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet, and everything was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good, with a rich selection of a few warm dishes and lots of cold ones.

There’s no air conditioning, and the heat and stuffiness bothered many guests. Even the staff acknowledged it. We were lucky enough to get one of the few fans, but our room faced the park restaurant, where noise carried on late into the evening. The sofa bed in the adjoining room was uncomfortable and creaked. Apart from those issues, the hotel was clean, welcoming, and very well kept. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Everything looked impeccable.

The rooms were excellent, and the hotel was tidy and clean. Service was friendly, though the bartender could be a bit more welcoming to customers. Special thanks to Frau Helena Luiz for being exceptionally friendly.

Everyone was really friendly, and the hotel felt very safe. There’s a parking lot too. I’ve never stayed anywhere this clean, there wasn’t a speck of dust, and the bathroom and bed were spotless and so tidy. It’s one of the few hotels I’ve left without a single doubt. We’ll definitely stay here again next time. 🇹🇷
