For a family vacation, this was a big letdown. The photos make the place look much nicer than it is. The apartment was run down and unclean, and the hallway was very dirty. Although it was supposed to be non-smoking, the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere. The floor was sticky, and there was black mold in the shower. We left after one night, got no refund, and found it extremely overpriced for what we got. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

No microwave, but it’s awesome and just 3 minutes from the U-Bahn.

The terrace shutter was already in poor shape from age, and it eventually broke during normal use. The landlord kept our €200 deposit to pay for a new one, even though this kind of damage is usually covered by mandatory insurance. We felt ripped off. There’s also no microwave and barely any electrical outlets in the house.

The place was clean and tidy, but parking nearby was practically impossible. There’s a lot close to the accommodation that costs 10 euros per day, and the deposit is 200 euros per room. As for the rooms, they have between 3 and 5 beds but only one power outlet each. There was just one pot for every six people. We asked the host, who gave us another one.

The landlord was very friendly and gave us excellent service. The holiday apartment was clean and lovely, with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Thank you!
