A 24-hour self-service shop on the ground floor was especially handy, with a good stock of things you might need at any hour. The hotel also has a restaurant, room delivery, and a spa area for relaxing. It all has an elegant, welcoming feel. The rooms were modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, and everything felt organized and comfortable from arrival. The hotel was luxurious and exceptionally clean. I’d gladly stay here again and would recommend it.

The breakfast was great, and I think this is a good hotel overall. There’s another place from the same company across the street that’s a bit cheaper and also good. Parking costs €25 a day, though there’s free parking nearby. My room wasn’t cleaned for three days, and I had to remind them twice. One person in our group was treated unkindly when she mentioned an allergy, and it seemed more focused on making money than giving guests a good experience. They charged for every extra, even a hard copy or papers for a meeting room. Customer service could be better.

The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the service was great. There’s a spa room, and the rooftop bar has lovely views, especially at night. The tram is a two-minute walk away, and the metro is right across the street. I’ve never seen another hotel in Europe give out free bottles of water, lol. Highly recommended!

Getting around was easy, with tram and train services right outside. The hotel sits far enough from the center to avoid the tourists, but close enough to reach the center easily. Rooms are roomy, clean, and very modern. The service was horrific. At check-in, staff barely explained anything about the amenities or services. My friend and I wanted to ask about breakfast, but no one told us how it worked. The front desk staff seemed reluctant to help and unsure of what they were doing. We only found out on our last day that the hotel had lots of extra features. You also have to request maid service if you want the room cleaned.
