I was pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade, which made the stay even more comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Fayez, the shift leader at reception, for being so courteous, professional, and gentlemanly. The location of Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte is fantastic, with plenty of street food nearby and local flavors just a short walk away. The service was excellent, and I had a wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend it for a business or leisure trip to Berlin.

Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent for exploring Berlin and getting around by public transport. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

After a long day out in the city, it was great coming back to a quiet, clean, comfortable room. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around Berlin. Staying at Wyndham Garden Mitte Berlin was a really pleasant experience. I’d gladly come back.

Fayez handled the reception, and his service was commendable. We were given a spacious suite with a classic, lavish look, a bit like the interior style of the Red Tower Hotel in Shanghai. I was very satisfied with the travel experience.

The room door wouldn’t close properly, and one of the windows wouldn’t open as it should. The elevator malfunctioned, and the in-room safe didn’t work. We couldn’t find basic things you’d expect even in a very basic hotel: no cups, utensils, water, shampoo, or coffee. When we asked reception for a spoon, they charged us 50 cents for a disposable wooden one. You get the idea. What a wild stay. Just stay away. Other hotels cost the same and are better.
