Dinner downstairs made our first evening really fun. The two women working there seemed to enjoy what they do, and we had a great time with them. I can't remember their names, but they both wore glasses. Thanks to both of them. Breakfast was another highlight, especially the excellent cheese and the regional specialties on the buffet. The woman serving at breakfast was so kind, too. A big thank you. We'll definitely be back!

The room was neat and very clean after the housekeeping staff had been through, and they clearly put in a lot of effort. The staff were friendly, especially the people cleaning the rooms. The location is okay. There’s a restaurant and bar on the ground floor, though parking costs 6 euro per day.

We got a Travelzoo voucher for two nights, including breakfast and three-course meals. The meal was decent, and I enjoyed trying the Askania home brew beer. Reception and breakfast room staff were very friendly. Our stay would have been much more satisfactory if our room hadn't been next to the entrance and stairs, and if the van hadn't been parked right below our window.

The food was so delicious, and the staff were friendly. My German isn't very good, so I was glad an English-speaking employee served me. I think he said his name was Ahmed. Thanks for a wonderful time, and keep up the good work. I’d dare say this is the best hotel in Bernburg. It was very clean, too.

We only went to the Restaurant, not the Hotel, and really liked the beer. The owner heard I was visiting from the US and gave me one of their House beer glasses to take home as a souvenir. Such a nice gesture.
