Breakfast was a highlight, with muesli, cold cuts, rolls, croissants, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and plenty more to choose from. The boiled eggs even had little smiley faces drawn on them. The staff were friendly and always smiling, which added to a very comfortable stay. Thanks to everyone in service for the lovely break. I was in room 8. It was small but nice, tidy, and clean, with a lovely view straight onto the Moselle. The bathroom was a bit cramped but fine for a shower. The clean lounge has snacks and drinks, and there’s a terrace where you can sit for a while. I also liked the contactless lockers with combination locks, where you pick up your key. The hotel is close to the city center, and we had a really nice stay.

The rooms are okay and breakfast is very good. You do need to be comfortable walking, though: parking is down by the Moselle, then it’s about 500 meters uphill to the accommodation. For breakfast, it’s another 300 meters downhill, with a view of the river along the way. All in all, a good choice if the walks suit you.

We felt completely at home at Moselhaus Weiskopf and would happily return. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy, with traditional furnishings, and breakfast was both tasty and varied. The hotel is central but quiet, with beautiful views of the Moselle and the vineyards.

Breakfast is a 300-meter walk away, but it was very good. Parking is in the large lot downhill, and there’s a refrigerator and snacks in the common room. The room was small and mostly clean. The area above the bathroom window in room 4 could use a quick check ;-) Also, the electric heater keeps running even with the thermostat set to zero.

I can’t recommend this place. The hotel keeps sending long emails and check-in instructions, asking for personal information several times, which feels completely unnecessary. The room is right on the street, just two meters from a restaurant, and there are no blackout curtains. Earplugs were already beside the bed. The bathroom is tiny too. For the price, this is a disgrace. Get out of here quickly.
