The views of the river, hills, and valley are breathtaking, and the restaurant serves delicious food. Coming from another part of the world, I found the hotel beautiful despite being in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are spacious, and there's a sauna and steam bath. There's no AC, but opening the windows kept things comfortable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was fine with having only a shower. There were lovely countryside views. There's no air conditioning, but during an average August night the room stayed cool enough; a heatwave might be different. Breakfast was nice, though there could have been more hot choices. The hotel and service were lovely, and the beer garden on Friday night was great. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

It's a good-value hotel in a very quiet village near Lauenforde/Beverungen. The rooms are on the small side, and the wifi could be better. Breakfast is OK, and the restaurant serves good-quality local German food.

The rooms are just okay, but the view over the river is amazing. Reception staff aren't always there or very attentive, since they also work as waiters in the restaurant.
