Hotel Quellenhof

The breakfast was nice, and we were happy with the hotel overall. It was clean, and our room was spacious enough that two large suitcases could lie open on the floor with plenty of room to walk around. We stayed one night, and other facilities were satisfactory. There was a hairdryer, hair and body soap, and tissues, but no conditioner. You have to request a kettle at reception. My friend's kettle short-circuited and blacked out the whole room, but it was fine after they replaced it. There was no lift or porter, so we had to drag our luggage up about two flights of stairs. The hotel is next to the street, which was noisy at night, and the lighting in the room was very dim.

The location is right in the center, with easy bus access. We loved the room so much that we wished we could stay longer just for it. It was huge, warm, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with an amazing view, a big bed, and a large bathroom. The cleaning lady was such a sweetheart. She ran to get us a baby cot, and it was clean, cute, and comfortable.

We booked a triple room and it was quite large, with a nice view. The hotel is conveniently placed near downtown and the bus. Check-in was at 3, but our room was ready early, which was great. I’d skip the breakfast at 15€ per person, since the nearby cafes are delicious and worth visiting.

For the price, the location was excellent. I stayed one night, and the hotel itself was just okay, nothing special. It was useful that reception stayed open until midnight for late check-in, and that there was somewhere to leave our bags for the day.
