The rooms were comfortable, with clean beds, and they were cleaned every day. Breakfast was a good German-style spread with something for everyone.

Biedenkopf is a charming little half-timbered town, and the countryside nearby is lovely for hikes and bike rides. The Lahnhotel sits in a peaceful, idyllic spot by the Lahn River, while the town center is still an easy walk away. It’s a pleasant little center, though calling it vibrant might be a stretch. There used to be more pubs! We’ve stayed at the Lahnhotel several times and keep coming back. The owners and staff are exceptionally welcoming, the modern rooms are clean, and everything feels just right. Breakfast is fantastic, with everything you could want and superb coffee. Thanks to the Lahnhotel team. We’ll be back!
