Blood stains on the sheets, and body hair all over the bedding, pillows and blankets, like someone had sprinkled it everywhere. Dirt everywhere!!!!! There are BEDBUGS!!!!! How is this hotel still open? I LEFT IMMEDIATELY!!!

The hotel is far from the city centre, and the rooms were cold and not clean. After one night I was itching, which made me worry about the hygiene. The microwave didn't work either, and there were no basic utensils like forks, plates or knives.

There was a lift, and entry was by code for both the main door and the room, with no physical key. The room is very basic, more like one in a shared apartment than a hotel. The bed wasn't very soft, but was surprisingly very nice. For two people it costs less than a hostel and is clearly better.

We arrived at 9 PM, when reception should have been open, but still waited more than half an hour to get into our room. Check-in was a very poor experience. The room was OK for one night, though a couple of things could have been fixed.

I was disappointed by what I got for the price. The room was very small, with hardly any furniture, no TV and an uncomfortable pillow. Way too expensive for that level of service.
