The worst part was how the hotel concierge handled us. My wife and I booked through Priceline and had already paid online with my Priceline credit card for our one-night stay. The night we stayed, she messaged to say she had no record of that payment. I sent her the Priceline receipt and a screenshot of my card statement, but she insisted we hadn't paid and told us we had to pay by 8am the next morning. We planned to leave before then, but waited until 8:15 for someone to come so we could sort it out. Nobody showed up, so we left the key and continued our trip. When I called a few days later, the person threatened to file a police report unless we paid. She was rude, kept interrupting me, and insisted we were lying. I sent the receipt and card statement again and explained that the payment issue was between the hotel and Priceline. There was no reason to treat us so rudely or ignore the proof we shared. The room itself wasn't very clean or comfortable either. The shower was too small and didn't drain properly, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the room faced a busy street with truck traffic making noise most of the night. I suggest people avoid this hotel.

We were traveling as a couple and booked a room at the last minute because we needed somewhere to sleep. The host was very friendly, and the room was neat and clean with its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast had a nice range of choices at a reasonable price, and the host even extended it for us after the official time had passed so we could eat without rushing. There are all the essentials, and self check-in is available at no extra charge. Just call the host for the PIN.

We weren't happy with the noise from outside in our room, but the staff quickly agreed to move us. They were friendly and the service was good. The hotel is very close to the city center, and the city has a cozy, welcoming feel. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms are inexpensive and clean, though small. The washrooms and garden are shared. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, and even helped us with an emergency outside of work hours. There's also a shared snack outlet and a coffee machine.

The room was clean and the bed really comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of choices. It's in a calm neighborhood, with the metro about 10 minutes away.
